Crappy Day = Eating Ice Cream

It's been that kind of week. When I feel like crap, two things may likely occur. 1, I eat a lot of sugar (example above.) 2, I buy something impulsively. Impractical shoes are a likely purchase.

Life would be a lot skinnier and less expensive if I only had good days.

What's your go-to quick fix for a super craptastic day?

You know, I love green tea, but I've never had any green tea ice cream.

What do I do on crappy days? I usually put my headphones on and listen to music quite loudly or write in my journal or go for a walk. Sometimes all three of those are needed.

I'm sorry. : ( I hope your day gets much better soon!

For me, it's one of two things: chocolate (little indulgent pieces that remind me of my childhood) or toast and jam. They both help whatever might be ailing me.

Haha! Chocolate is definitely a good fix for me. So is venting. I haven't found a sure-fire way of curing crappy days, but usually something to take my mind off it works. Sorry you've had a crappy week - but it's almost over, and the weekend will be here soon! :)

sorry to hear about your bad day :( i also turn to something sweet, and haagen dazs green tea is one of my favorite flavors. impulse shopping helps, too, especially when it's for stationery products.

Oh honey. I had a rough day too, but I am turning to double chocolate ice cream with caramel ribbons and peanut butter cups. I think I go a little harder than you on the desserts :) But I totally feel you!
