Lollipop Stand and Candy Buffets

[Lollipop Stand from Cheree Berry's wedding, tutorial on Martha Stewart. Found via Oh Happy Day!]

Sister 1, who was a DOC for her best friend's little sister's wedding, swears by cupcakes and a candy bar. She said the hit of the night were the cupcakes and the candies, and that the guests couldn't help themselves the minute they entered the reception! While we will probably have the cupcakes, I'm still uncertain about the candy bar because of the cost and set-up.

But how cute is this lollipop stand?? It looks relatively easy to make (tutorial here) and really dresses up the lollipops. Cheree Berry designed these for her ADORABLE wedding. Omigoodness, so adorable! I'm excited because red is our dominant color and it's nice to see it "in action".

While we're on the topic of candy buffets, did anyone see this amazing candy buffet on Weddingbee by reader msBlossom?

Seriously amazing. I would have gone NUTS if I was at her wedding and saw this spread of sugary goodness.

Tom and Sally's Handmade Chocolates

When I enter Bristol Farms, I am always forced to walk by their massive holiday display of chocolates, teddy bears, jelly beans, and other amazingly wrapped goodies. I was staring at some Godiva plush toys today, when out of the corner of my eye the prettiest wrapped chocolate bar screamed out to me. The bar was from Tom and Sally's Handmade Chocolates in Vermont, and there are a whole lot more scrumptiously wrapped chocolate bars on their website! Check out their company and all of the cute vintage designs here.
