Hi dear, so I'll admit first that I am biased toward the red color palette. I'd vhoose red and pink. I think if you have green succulents on the table with red or pink ribbon, it would tie in nicely. I just don't love the green lanterns though I know your sisters dresses are a lovely shade of green.
I like the red and pink, I think it would work well. If you want use all three but it might get to be too much. Personally I think the pink and red would be the best.
